To make this commit, I've simply modified the `fmt-check` Makefile target to rewrite files instead of listing the differences. Do it all at once in preparation for Go 1.18 support.

Add SPI support for Atmega based chips.

This is based on @Nerzal's #1398 PR, but is a bit of a refactor and
expansion to support all the Atmega based chips present in tinygo.
